Senators propose Congress take over tariff authority in bipartisan bill - MSNBC Reports
Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Maria Cantwell (D-WA) introduced a bill requiring congressional approval for tariffs to continue for over 60 days of their implementation and for the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of announcing them.
