That's peanuts and I kinda DOUBT it's 2K. I've read 5k today and as high as 15 K if a family needs to buy a new car. Just saying....2k isn't Jack squat.

that is 2000/12 which is roughly 166 a month. Significant for those who are on a $1200 a month social security.
I do agree with you that 2K is probably an underestimate given that companies will use that opportunity to jack up their price above what is needed to compensate for the tariffs in order to make more money and use the tariffs as an excuse.
