On Monday, a Department of Justice lawyer argued before a three-judge appeals court that a federal judge’s order blocking Donald Trump’s deportations of alleged Venezuelan gang members without due process was usurping the president’s power. It did not sound like the lawyer was all that convincing, at least to one judge on the panel, critics say. - Aired on 03/24/2025.
