There is the exact explanation that fits the facts of the wording in 14A Sec 3. No conviction required. Automatic disqualification, only Congress can remove that by a 2/3 vote and no way Trump could muster that margin. The Judge says Trump was in rebellion against the Constitution. There it is. A violation of oath of office.
