His primary concern is Trump, and he's convinced Sanders can't beat him. I think he stays in the race until he's somewhat confident that Sanders won't win and then he'll assist Biden (perhaps not directly) with taking out Trump.

One good thing about Bloomberg- He knows how to throw a punch and deal with a bully like Trump. Bloomberg is not going to win the nomination, but I am fine with him hitting back against Trump in social media and spending money on anti-Trump ads.
