artist and community activist. It was an old corner building downtown and its address was 420 Pearl Street. So as part of her redesigning the building to be an art gallery, the owner put up art deco -ish signage on the front of the building that simply read '420'
it was pretty cool esp since the GOP building had sidewalk construction going on in front of their headquarters.
