Is Joan Crawford ALWAYS shot with shades of light on her face??? I mean in almost all her movies when the

camera is on her it’s always in shadows and light. Or is that just because the movies are in Black and White. I don’t notice it on the other actors. Watching Daisy Kenyon. 86% tomatoes, 58% popcornmeter. Dana Andrews and Henry Fonda are in it as well.
