Jimmy Kimmel had Bruce Springsteen on..... with some actor that played him in a movie.....

Ya know like Bob Dylan……I really don’t like movies of people still alive and “actors” playing them. I just don’t like it. Who do ya thinks is gonna be next. Elton John?? Who’s your choice. I just don’t like it, that they’re still alive and they make a movie of them. Nope I just don’t like it.

Agree. Big Dylan fan and moderate Springsteen fan. But I've had access to Dylan movie for months, but not interested. Silent Type Saturday #1

I like when an actor portrays a living person, but you seem genuinely ambivalent about the whole thing. Xavier Breath Saturday #6

Probably same with Springsteen.

Plus if I’m going to spend 2 hours, think I’d rather watch a live concert video.

I’ll probably watch them one day, but not feeling it now.

Dylan had a lot of input while they produced it, but what I like most is that they capture the power of music, culture, society and art in a tangible way that’s enjoyable and not overwrought.

Maybe some day I'll see that movie on TV... no big deal either way.

I saw and enjoyed the Dylan biopic and I look forward to seeing the Springsteen movie as well. To each their own.
