we will still occasionally (every month or so) ask you to sign in again. However, that should only happen once.

If you’re being asked to sign into DU repeatedly, I’ve found this can usually be fixed by going into your browser’s settings and deleting any DU-related cookies.

How this is done depends upon your browser. If you’re already tech savvy then you may already know how to do it. But if you need instructions, let me know what kind of browser you’re using, and on what device.

It's WAY too easy to hit the button on an iPhone. I don't know about others.

Or some extension is clearing history/data/cookies for you and you don't recall setting it.
