I am getting intermittent "forbidden" pages

Firewall issue.

Some people have had results after clearing cache.

12. That (cleared cache) worked for me--at least for the moment

11. Sorry about that. This is caused by our firewall being over-sensitive

and occasionally blocking legitimate traffic. It should work itself out after a short period of time. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off, as VPN's will make it worse.
