How to find LGBTQ-friendly care
SAGE, a national advocacy and service organization for LGBTQ elders, offers a "find a provider" tool on its website, www.sageusa.org."

snip-"Another tool that can help is the Long-Term Care Equality Index, which was created by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the educational arm of the nation’s largest LGBTQ civil rights organization, and SAGE, the world’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ older adults.

More there.
Crosspointing to Ohio , History of FeminismS, Seniors, Mental Health, Loners, Chronic Health Group & any other groups I can think of this afternoon.
