at this moment I suspect that most of us are feeling anxious.....
about various things big and small in our lives + what is happening
with the course of events with our own government and what
Republicans are doing to the People- all in the desire to hold their power.
Very useful video in these times,

My son is almost nineteen, now, and I was a couple of weeks short of forty-four when he was born. (25 years after his much too easy to conceive older sister... so I've been both a teenaged mother and a geezer mother.) I was trying anything promising, and guided imagery was only one component, but it definitely helped with the stress.

thanks so much!

If you are impatient then skip to the one hour mark - at 1 hour 6 minutes he introduces guided imagery that seems useful.
