1. Stories like this worries me.

There is a synagogue and Jewish day school across the street from where I live in Chicago.

In the last few years, I've had a very scary awakening. I realized I would've been a German Jew in the 1920s who didn't take the threat of Hitler seriously.

they had a fantastic camp our daughter went to. The pool was very nice. My daughter and I went there every weekend for several years. I was a nervous wreck as cool of a place as it was. We always set up at a table where I could see where the entrance came into the parking lot. She went and played but I knew this place was a soft target. Middle of nowhere. At best spotty phone connection. Armed off duty cops were on site for big events

...I came across this story last night and was appalled by many of the articles. Seems like your source was pretty good as were a few others but the ones I saw, were complete SHIT. There is a "need" among many to discuss everything else under the sun when an attack happens against the Jews. Frankly, it is anti-Semitic.

However the worst example was this: Synagogue undamaged after Molotov cocktail hurled at temple in New Jersey which describes the event but I am going to quote the last three paragraphs of the article:

Pope Francis on Sunday decried a recent surge in violence between Israel and Palestine while calling for peace in the Holy Land.

Israeli police on Sunday sealed off the home of a Palestinian man who is alleged to have killed seven people and wounded three others during a shooting outside of a synagogue in the Neve Yaakov area of East Jerusalem on Friday.

The news also came after a 13-year-old Palestinian boy was shot and wounded by armed civilians and taken into custody after he allegedly opened fire on civilians in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan on Saturday.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?! It just goes to show how any attack against any Jew in the world is often tied back to Israel. That is anti-Semitism. But, it is anti-Semitism, so who the fuck cares, right?!
