My wife is getting ready for her annual summer trip to WNY to see friends and family, and her old haunts. These trips comprise a treasure for her, and not being able to go would be a deal-breaker.

"Thanks" to the apparent drop in safety, she is doing Amtrak both ways. Vancouver to Chautauqua County in May, and back, in late August or early September.
