Oh boy!
TE George Kittle on the injured reserve with hamstring issues.
QB Brock Purdy is dealing with shoulder and toe issues that are making it look like he'll be unavailable for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints, and he may miss multiple weeks (Hello Mac Jones!)
WR Brandon Aiyuk tore his ACL and MCL last season and is still rehabbing. He might be able to return to the gridiron on Week 5 or 6.
In addition, according to ESPN:

San Fran managed out a 17-13 victory over Seattle in Week 1. The Saints are not a good team, but it will be an uphill battle for the 49ers to maintain a winning record early this year with so many keg cogs unhealthy.
