You might find that the quiet and focus of writing is very therapeutic. I hope you give it a shot and that you enjoy it enough to see it through. I also suspect there would be a fair amount of interest in this subject.

If you worked for a clinic, hospital, county or state there may be laws or ethics involved.
Those entities own the data, information, stories, not the clinician.

You will have to be careful about any identifying data.

If you are still in practice, writing a book about your clients may impact future intakes?
