in the time of sorrow as the leaves are turning
to cling to the past learning to live with tears
fearing the tomorrow as the hours are burning
within the source of yearning alight with fears
and no place to borrow hours that are needed
sowing the lands unseeded now already passed
weary fields lie fallow deep wounds untreated
as years that proceeded the fate of the die cast
day breaks as the morrow creeps into the room
is it too late or too soon to announce the death
depths appear too shallow flowers do not bloom
lying wilted on the tomb lost in the coming lethe
pressed forward to the barrow together to follow
shedding shrouds of sorrow a ghost cries hollow
