Penguins? Of course he hates them.

He's just jealous.

1) They all look better in tuxedos than he does.
2) Most of them have better hair than he does. Especially the rockhoppers.
3) They walk better than he does.
4) The King Penguin and the Emperor Penguin both outrank him.
5) People like penguins.
