I'm searching for a new series again. Any opinions on C. J. Box?

I was turned on to the John Sanford "Prey" series a couple of years ago (in this forum, of course) and just read the latest book in that series. In one scene Davenport is caught reading a C.J. Box novel at his desk.

7. In one prey book, Lucas teases up and coming writer Virgil, something like: you don't want to mimic that writer

in Minneapolis.

9. Kidd and Letty books are good, also. Latest

Virgil/Lucas book is Lethal Prey, 2025.

Latest Lucas book is Revenge Prey, 2026.

10. I've read them both. On the final pages of Revenge Prey. I read the Kidd and Letty books and they were okay,

but IMO the Lucas/Virgil books are better.
