Enjoy watching an "Old Lady" dance

I had some issues in my life today that involved folks of truly advanced age, and this was sent to me out of the blue, and it made my heart sing

My dad took a ballroom dance class on a whim in his 50s and ended up hooked on dancing for the next thirty years, until his death at 81. We teased him about it, but we all loved seeing our dad dance. Thanks for this.
