I bought a new fitness watch/tracker

It came complete with an app I'll call 'The Drill Sergeant'. If I sit for too long, it tells me to GET OFF MY LAZY ASS AND START MOVING!!! Well, perhaps that just how I interpret the message. I obey, just in case the 2nd warning comes with a jolting shock.

I am not always highly motivated to exercise, although I do enjoy walking. Today it’s too hot for me to be outside for long!

It's heading back into the 90's with poor air quality due to forest fire smoke clouds heading our way.
