Bottom line on my cataract surgery: NO SWEAT, NO PAIN!

If it's in your future, it's easy peasey.
Took about 10 minutes.
Saw a bright light that changed colors and intensity a few times.

Vision was very blurred post op.
Improved throughout the day.
And the next day.
For me, it was a gradual process.

Yesterday I watched the Alabama- West Virginia game.
Took my glasses off and found I could see the screen almost as well.
Yea!

If you have questions, just post them here.

Oh yeah, I guess it goes with out saying...make sure you have a competent ophthalmology surgeon.
I said to my guy, pre-op, "Tell me you've done this hundreds of times with good results and you could do it in your sleep."
He smiled and said "Thousands."

Guess I'll check with the several docs whose names I have, and go for the one with 'thousands!'

He has been doing cataract surgery for 30 years. If anyone lives in the Atlanta area, I recommend Dr. Alan Benedict. He is the best.
