Fifty-five years ago today, at 11:00AM (CST), a beautiful bride and a VERY hungover groom stood before the Right Reverends Marx A. Jones, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, in Crystal Lake, Illinois and became partners for life.
It has been a great ride with the usual ups and downs (pun intended), sadness and joy, through the many good timers and a (very) few not-so-good.
Along the way we welcomed a daughter, son-in-law, grandson and granddaughter into the family.
Also several beloved dogs and casts.
