VA sets new record for customer satisfaction in memorial services

New Record for Customer Satisfaction in Memorial Service - A VA "Improvement"

Wow! Don't you feel thrilled?

While the Fat Pig calls us losers, there are fewer and fewer complaints from dead veterans. NOT ONE OF THEM wrote a single letter of complaint after they died! Their families might have, but not the vets.

Of Course, Alex Pretti never got to say thanks for not being honored by them.

This was the first announcement I've read that didn't give credit to the Trump Administration for the wonderful improvements in VA service. But my local VA failed to order a medical device for me last month for three weeks after they told me they were tracking the delivery of it, then failed to respond to my inquiries. When I called them out, they said it was a "communication issue".

When they fail you when it comes to treatment, they will please you when they say good riddance. They know you will be never dissatisfied again.

Veterans can also use our chatbot to get information about VA benefits and services. The chatbot won’t connect you with a person, but it can show you where to go on VA.gov to find answers to some common questions.

Even this one thrills me! I can talk to a chatbox in lieu of doing a web search and neither will get me a human being. Hey, I know calling ICE will not get me a human being because there are no humans in ICE! Does this mean the VA has no more human beings?

for almost 40 years. I'm happy with the socialized medicine at the VA.
Ever since Musk took an ax to it wait times are longer and the doctors look fatigued. Musk's doge cuts can't be blamed on Biden.
When was the last time Trump or a member of the cartel visited a VA hospital? How veterans can get behind Agent Orange is beyond reason.

They can be wonderful and I have encountered some great doctors and even better nurses and staff there.

On the other hand, administration is poor. Typical government operation where the administrators fight for power (since they can't fight over salary) and cover up mistakes rather than own up to them. That happens on the outside but it's easier to say "I want another doctor or go to a different pharmacy or whatever".

In my over 20 year experience with them, there has been good and bad. The problem I have found is that, unlike private medical service, quitting a bad provider is a lot harder.

I would have been using the VA a lot longer if I had thought about myself more. I suffered for 20 years because of a mistake when a military doctor sewed my up after an operation, and it never hit me to go to the VA for disability or care during that time.

I was getting jerked around and reported to the patient advocate . In five minutes the matter was settled . Many veterans are unaware of the patient advocate.
