A group of four C-130s left Dobbins Air Reserve Base between 2:00 and 2:40 p.m. ET.

Dobbins ARB is outside Atlanta. They are headed northeast on a great circle toward England, Germany, etc.
They are being followed by a C-17 out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Ahead of them is a C-17 from Bangor ANG Base in Maine. Thanks for the reply.
