What's the case seeking to overrule Sullivan?

Got it. It's Berisha v. Lawson, No. 20-1063.

To help Pfizer (I think) develope a complex.
Sullivan was the case that made it difficult for public figures to sue the media for libel.
Both of the issues have been long time causes for Federalist Society types. Trump was always complaining about Sullivan.
I think relisting just means the justices will vote soon on whether or not to hear the cases.
