Trying to work out on back porch with a Duncan the golden retriever.
Working out with 19 our one son and Dunc my furry son gym is closed today not sure why it is closed received text this morning closed.
Push ups Dunc is like guys i have get in here under you excuse me while I lay down under you as you do push ups.
Sit ups guys look I’ll try and hump your legs ok that’s not cool here look I brought squeaky lamb you wanna toss it as I drop it on your chest.
Pull ups I’m gonna sit here and whine cuz nobody is touching or petting me it’s total negligence.
Infantry mountain climbers I’m just gonna lick your ears fellas I love you guys we’re family.
Burpees i as a Dunc do not understand Burpees I wanna cuddle you but then you get back on your feet after you do push ups.
Breakfast now ok fellas i worked out as a Dunc pup.
I could use bacon egg omelette, as I eat I have a gentle Dunc paw tapping my leg as in saying hey dad I’m here share.
I’ll give my soldier half 😉

He likes to watch me do yoga. He used to try to get on mat or lay on me if I was on my back but has now learned to be near but not that close 
I call him my zen dog and speak softly and he will melt for me.
My husband is jealous because dog more energetic with him because they do more tug play than me.
But that said he is by one of our sides all day.
