Related: About this forumIt looks like I've found a forever home for little Tegan!!
Her new name will be Ember. I'm going to bring her in to the enclosed porch, this weekend, and get her all ready for her new home.
This makes me SO happy!!

(2,348 posts)Congrats! Any thoughts to pairing her with a bro/sis to make transition smoother?
I'm going to bring her and one or both of her siblings in to the guest room. I'll get them all cleaned up. Then, when Tegan leaves I'll transition the sisters to the enclosed back porch. The playpen is set up with comfy beds so if the porch is too 'open', they can sleep there. They've already spent a few nights there when we had bad thunderstorms.
I'm going to leave the window/screen raised on the door (they are at the bottom) so that they have access to come in when the weather turns foul. I suspect that Dylan and Rhys will join them. MAYBE Dot and Snowdon, who are still mostly feral.
