(27,763 posts)Curled up on my shoulder snoozing peacefully. Oops - he just slid down my arm and promptly fell back to sleep!!
I hope the kidcats are quick to accept him. They can be kitten sitters while I get things done!!

(27,763 posts)Most times it was a totally unrealistic piece of angst. There was likely nothing I could have done.
Now I know that sometimes, or at least this time, it is possible to be there just in time.
And yes, I am still processing the experience. I fear I lack the ability to deal with any more deaths.
