Carys was a perfect angel for the vet tech.

I could tell she was scared because her eyes were like saucers, but she wasn't struggling to get away. I gave her a kiss, just before leaving. Oh, that look of 'DON'T LEAVE ME!'

They said to call after 3 for an update and then if all goes well, which it will, I can pick her up after 9, tomorrow. I will be out the door at 9, since the office is only a few minutes from my house.

When I came up the front walk, Arthur was sitting at the kitchen window giving me an accusatory look. So I gave him and his brothers a little more wet food. After all, breakfast was SO LATE, this morning.

Hopefully she will be OK spending some time in the pet playpen.

I'm glad they are keeping her overnight. That will make keeping her quiet post-op a bit easier.

Does your vet do the surgery laproscopically?

Good vibes to you & Carys!

But it wouldn't surprise me.

Tonight will be the most difficult because she always snuggles her head beneath my chin and falls asleep.

It would be nice if she could wake up to a cloth with momma’s scent on it. She will be so happy to see you! Take care. You definitely have your hands full!
