I live with 3 cats; one isn't bothered by lightening and thunder, one hides under the sofa and one goes under the sofa to comfort her friend.

(125,167 posts)3. For the kitties, I have found "Quiet Moments Calming Aid (melatonin)
from NaturVet at Petco to be helpful. I have no experience with their formula for dogs, so cannot speak to it. Catnip with passionflower also helps.
Fucking human nuisance, the fireworks.
Seriously, what other species would burn their resources (money) just to make disruptive noise?
