Hot dogs - a brand I've seen rated as one of the least healthiest, but they're tasty!
Sugar free baked beans

Perhaps later tonight vanilla low carb ice cream with some blueberries

Air-fried frozen black bean burgers on multigrain bread with red onion and pineapple tomato salsa. Also made a stem-fry of onion, green pepper, zucchini and garlic using chili spices to season. Also made air-fried potato nuggets. Cheers!🥂

I really like this!

I had vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries earlier.

Happy Friday!

turned out super tasty served over rice... but man, are my days of standing for prep and cooking quickly coming to something "short and sweet"... not to mention slicing the sirloin into very thin, edible strips for me and hubs. Old age hits you in so many places you never thought about in your youth!
