We are in Belfast, Maine, just to see some open water. We got lunch at Harborwalk Restaurant. I got 1/2 lb basket of chicken tenders, fries, and slaw. Got honey sriracha sauce on the side. I'd say dinner portions. The fries and slaw were fresh. I gave the slaw to one of my daughters. They split orders of kung pao brussels sprouts and fries. Grandkids got 1 lb chicken tenders baskets and one of them gave their slaw to their Mom. I paid 11.99 for my meal. So delicious! I'm sitting in a park on the water while the kids explore

but now Im jonesing for coleslaw. My mum had the BEST recipe so will have to dig it out and satisfy the urge.
Meanwhile, I just finished a monstrous grilled sammy with vegan turkey roast and cheese with peanut butter on 5-grain Italian bread. Stuffed!

Toss thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the cabbage to soften.
