I used up most of the chicken meat from the other day. I made some stuffing, and used a can of soup to make the sauce. Usually I make it with raw chicken, but it is a flexible recipe and this batch turned out fine.

btw, it's Thursday

All I can think of is how good that pineapple-ginger kombucha sounds.

We usually have a large salad for lunch but today we ate leftovers so it’s salad tonight. Chopped romaine, leaf lettuce, spinach and thinly sliced cabbage with sliced red onion, radish, tomatoes, pickled beets and shredded carrots tossed in walnut-balsamic dressing. The protein today was sliced steamed Field Roast frankfurters which tops the salad and really works well and compliments the dressing. We call it a wiener salad lol. Cheers!🥂

The only pastrami I can get here is Boar's Head, which I absolutely will never eat. 😓

Made some cube steaks with sweet potatoes & corn.

Enjoy!

and talk to the Boar's Head display. I say, "I will never buy you because you killed people."

I don't care who hears me.

And after writing to you about it, I had the bright idea to see if wal hell has a different brand & they do! They apparently carry Butterball turkey pastrami!

Kind of like eating gas station food, but it's either Aldi, wal hell, kroger, or Sprouts here.

And I missed my chance at a real loaf of bread again. ONE DAY / YR, Kroger sells Gonella Irish Soda bread.

Gtg place an order!

yes, yes, yes, turkey pastrami if you can get it.

One day a year? Our ShopRite has it almost all month through Easter!

Placed order too late on the 17th & missed out. Yet, it's listed as a best seller!

Colcannon (enough to count for 2 servings of veg) and brown bread.

And I had a Guinness.
