What's for Dinner, Thurs., Oct. 16, 2025

Broccoli rabe with garlic and pasta (probably some kind of short cut or maybe penne). Mozzarella (ciliegene).

Hot honey cornbread.

Ginger-cherry kombucha.

Dessert: Raspberries over light vanilla ice cream.

Oh, btw, if you're near a ShopRite, they have raspberries on sale for 1.49 a carton today through Sat.

Pic is my hot honey cornbread muffins, the first baking project for my new air fryer!
I put cheddar cheese cubes in each muffin.

2. I planned on a burger patty, steamed broccoli & heat & serve jalapeno rice. The rice smelled like used gym socks
