I'm excited to have just begun to order

'chef-made' meals for myself, 4 per week beginning 7 October. I hope they work. The company is Cook Unity.

Here is one to be delivered, 7 Oct:

Chicken Agrodolcewith Lemony Broccoli

If a recipe has been around since ancient Roman times, you know it must be a good one. Chef Marc’s take on Italian Chicken Agrodolce starts with succulent, perfectly seasoned boneless chicken thighs, roasted with extra virgin olive oil and earthy oregano. Then, he crafts a richly layered pan sauce with red wine, honey, orange, balsamic vinegar, garlic, almonds, raisins, and dried cherries. The resulting dish is bursting with savory-tangy-sweet flavor. Served with a side of refreshing lemony broccoli, this is the kind of beautifully balanced meal you’ll want to put on regular rotation.

OK, BED-time!

I love cherries but I never think about using them in cooking like this.

5. Yes it does. I've lost weight recently, which I attribute to laziness.

It is easy to skip meals.
And just drink tea or coke.
Or snack on junk.

This will make you eat a balanced diet on a regular basis.
I think four times a week is good.
I am not a big eater and more than that would be way too much food.
And you will probably have leftovers.
But you can always increase the order if it is not enough.

The days in between you can have soup or salad, or something out of the freezer.

I have started buying more frozen food from Costco so I can just pop
things into the microwave.

cooking again. Salads and sandwiches and maybe cold cereal during summer, when coffee is about all that gets heated.

Costco is a blessing!

Yes when the weather turns cooler, then I want to eat hot cooked food.

I love Dan Dan noodles, and Costco has Ming's Dan Dan in the frozen food section.
I stocked up!

and the meals seem to be well-proportioned. Calorie numbers are provided.

I will eat somethings in between, and can add additional 'snacks'; will determine how many I want. Have already ordered one, peach cobbler. Her designs are influenced by the diverse art, people, and cultures of Brooklyn.

Peaches and passion fruit, sweet and tangy, baked beneath a golden biscuit crust that’s both crisp and buttery. The fruit bubbles, the topping soaks up the fruity juices, and the whole thing begs for a spoonful of whipped cream.

You could cut back to twice a week meals if it becomes too expensive.
That would still be an improvement in your nutrition.

I wonder how it compares to prepared foods at your local grocery store?
In terms of price and taste.

REALLY looking forward to this: Mediterranean Citrus & Carrot Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette

Delight in Chef Ivy's Mediterranean citrus and carrot salad featuring vibrant flavors like castelvetrano olives, fresh herbs, and rose water. The carrots, red onions, fennel, olives, and radishes get seasoned to perfection and marinate for a few hours. Then the marinated mix is adorned with a garnish of lettuce, orange supremes, mint leaves, and cilantro. Mounded in the center of the plate and drizzled with rose water, this dish is finished with sliced almonds and citrus dressing for a refreshing burst of texture and acidity.

but here's a new interesting-sounding offering: Yhey describe and post pictures;

Baharat Roasted Salmon with Garlic Yogurt Sauce

A tender salmon fillet is rubbed with warming Baharat spices, then seared and roasted until buttery. It’s served over mujaddara—a Middle Eastern blend of lentils, brown rice, and caramelized onions—plus roasted tomatoes and garlicky broccoli. A zesty garlic yogurt sauce adds a creamy finish.
