WellI slept thru my clock & need to wake up before posting.

First a mug of tea.

1. Coffee with cream, now

Blueberry muffins with sliced peaches, later.

2. Nothing wrong with sleeping in. Black coffee ☕️

with a toasted bagel and Philadelphia cream cheese.

Loretta wants to run into town today and pick up a few things. It's Tuesday and that means veterans get ten dollars of free slot play at the Golden Nugget. Hopefully I can turn that ten dollars into much more.

5. She hasn't been lucky lately. The last two

times we went to the casino she has lost money. Not a lot of money. She is a lot more fun when she is winning. She gets excited winning anything over a buck. Both her hands will reach for the sky and she starts a cute little wiggle that cracks me up. I hope she wins a little today.

4. Mug #1 mostly drunk. Now on to food prep.

Melon and prosciutto I think, it is still hot here.
I do have the kettle with fresh draw water ready for mug #2

6. Fortunately

I have some terrific cold leftovers because I need to go to Trader’s before it gets too hot. They have pure juices for my kombucha flavoring.

Cold Thai noodles for me, then out the door.

I've cut my coffee consumption from 3 cups to 2 as there was a nearly 30% increase in the price of my usual can off coffee.

scrambled eggs and l8r to the ER/hospital for neurologist,
on mostly dead R arm.

10. Had two laminectomies

9 yrs apart, last was 2021 ....Cervical vertebra impinging on my spinal cord
ten titanium screws and a plate hold my neck together.
