Teriyaki tuna steak.

Spiralized zucchini, carrot, beet, corn, and red onion. Tossed with fresh herbs and small breaded goat cheese patties. The veggies will be lightly blanched.

Cranberry kombucha.

Dessert: apple blossom (TJs) with lemon Greek yogurt on top. Cold tea.

The fish market in Liberty, NY is fantastic! Although it’s located in the Catskills, the proprietor drives to the Bronx twice weekly to get his stock. Many local restaurants buy their seafood from him.

Anyway, we got some soft shell crabs to sauté in butter and white wine. Roasted red potatoes and creamed spinach for sides.

We also bought some flounder that we froze for later in the week.

Air-fried teriyaki salmon burgers on sprouted multigrain bread with orange-sesame sauce and thinly sliced red onion. Also made steamed brussel sprouts with sliced mushrooms tossed with organic quinoa and the same orange-sesame sauce I used on the burgers. Cheers! 🥂

Browned and crumbled (or more accurately, cut up).

Two (medium) cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup (give or take) barbecue sauce
1 lb boiled thin spaghetti

Mixed together. Pretty darn good stuff.
