Honey and Orange Salmon. Also has soy and crushed garlic.
Recipe is from Bored of Lunch, The Healthy Air Fryer Book.
Chopped greens with toasted hazelnuts. Cucumber bits. Cold pineapple spears that have marinated in light syrup with coconut water (from Aldi). Vinaigrette with basil, garlic, and tarragon.
The greens are from my garden and I had to soak them in ice cold water to get the bitterness out, which is what happens when greens are exposed to the heat. Then I deveined the lettuce, which also helped. They are a collection of very nice greens--mesclun, Gem, oak leaf, and I didn't want to lose them. I'm pleased with how they turned out. I covered them with a screen and soon as I knew the heat was coming and cut them in the morning, which is what is recommended to lower any bitterness.
Kombucha, plain.
Dessert: ice cream bar.

same as every other night. And maybe a small amount of mixed greens.
Our neighbor is from the former Soviet Union. She invited us for what will be a five course feast! She loves to prepare elegant Russian dinners.
Were bringing wine and dessert of fruit tarts.
