Vietnamese Beef Wraps

Vietnamese Beef Wraps is one of the most

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lime juice
10 oz. vermicelli rice noodles, cooked
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. lean fillet steak, thinly sliced
2 tsp. brown sugar
½ c. sweet chili sauce
2/3 c. fresh mint leaves
1 pc. long red chili, seeded and thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pc. Lebanese cucumber, seeded
and thinly sliced
8 pcs. soft lettuce leaves
1 tbsp. fish sauce
Directions:
Toss cooked noodles with chili, cucumber, mint leaves, and lime juice. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine beef slices with fish sauce, garlic, vinegar, and sugar. Stir to blend.
Heat oil in sizeable a pan on medium-high and brown beef for about a minute.
Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Divide beef and noodles mixture among the lettuce leaves before rolling to assemble.
Serve with sweet chili sauce as an aside.
