BBQ pork ribs and salad. Plantain chips. None of this is made by me; I ordered through a catering service for my workers, who came to clean out my bamboo forest. There's much left over, so I'll have it for dinner when I come home from yet another garden work session.
We in the Northeast are having to pack a lot into these days with beautiful temperatures because we had a heat wave for 3-4 days. It's 69 degrees now. Perfect!
Kombucha, unflavored.
Dessert: blackberries with honey vanilla Greek yogurt.

(36,006 posts)I been mowing all day and Loretta has been busy too. She said she has salad mixed up, so looks like chef salad again. I might have a brat too.

(1,483 posts)Steamed the veggie/tofu filled dumplings while I steam-fried in avocado oil and veggie both: chopped onion, red bell pepper, plenty of sliced cabbage, sliced mushrooms, minced ginger and garlic. When done I added a bottled garlic-sesame sauce. Cheers!🥂
Going on a 10 day vacation so Ill not be cooking dinner nor posting until we get back.

Had another small 'honey' mango, also known as Ataulfo mango, and was GOOD!!! (last night too!!! One left, for tomorow.)
