(21,286 posts)I went out with my granddaughter yesterday and we went through the drive through at Taco Bell. They gave us about 20 packs of hot sauce! I used 3 of them for seasoning, plus other spices I added some broccoli, onions, mixed vegs and garlic. Had noodles on the side.
I had some of the chocolate syrup I made on ice cream. Dessert before dinner

(1,483 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red and yellow bell pepper, sliced carrots, finely sliced cabbage, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Black beans were added when the veggies were done. I seasoned the veggies with Penzys Tuscan Sunset herb blend. Tossed the veggies with cooked whole wheat penne. After plating the dish was topped with vegan parmesan. Kind of like a primavera but without tomatoes. Cheers!🥂

(1,819 posts)I made it yesterday morning so the kale was softened and not too chewy. I used lacinato kale and added cannelini beans.
It's too hot to cook here also!
