Mollie Katzen has a Greek Pizza recipe that I'm going to make using a flatbread. It calls for spinach, lotsa' garlic, mozzarella, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and of course feta cheese.
Made up a gallon of kombucha this afternoon and bottled up six smaller bottles that were ready. Cherry, my favorite flavor.
Dessert: Cream cheese filled brownie. I've mixed cherries into the cream cheese. It's like a little sandwich. I might put some soft serve vanilla over the top so it isn't dry. I have a new tea, too: cherry pomegranate, so a hot mug of that.

The fish market in Liberty, NY is amazing. The proprietor goes to Hunts Point in the Bronx twice a week and his "catch" is always fresh and diverse.
Today we got some catfish. The Landlady is going to egg-'n'-batter the filets then pan fry them on butter with white wine and capers. Served with lemon and hot sauce with yellow rice and green beans. A bottle of Pinot Grigio will round out the meal.
