Breakfast May 10 Saturday 2025

Busy day planned here. We're headed to our son's house for Mother's Day 💐.

Black coffee and a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese.

I am a true addict and have to have it...
Just toast and a farm-fresh egg (from my supplier/neighbor and her flock of hens ). I will make it an over-medium egg this morning.

are you ever lucky, peacebuzzard--farm-fresh eggs!

A wrap using soft tortilla shell: inside is one egg topped with Italian fried pepper rings and smoked mozzarella. Three or four leaves from my basil plant, julienned, and sprinkled over. I put olive oil butter on the warmed up wrap. Terrific. I would make this again!

I'm sure Loretta will have a terrific Mother's Day and you can enjoy it too--have your mind clear from squirrels stealing your strawberries!
