What's for Dinner, Wed., March 26, 2025

Shrimp lo mein. Has broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and onion, along with the shrimp.

I'm also making cauliflower puree' soup, which I might have as an appetizer.

Blueberry pomegranate kombucha.

Dessert: Ice cream (vanilla) with sesame-pecan crunchies.

from Monday, plus a salad with beets and blue cheese. I'm thinking of being ambitious and making a quick orange pound cake for dessert.

Since the lemon tree is currently in full production mode, I made preserved lemons earlier today. Also made a couple of jars of pickled beets since I bought too many.
