What's for Dinner, Tues., March 25, 2025

Turkey meatloaf and macaroni and cheese, all made in the slow cooker.

I need comfort food after a day like this!!

Ginger kombucha.

Tossed green salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, scallion, green pepper, and tapanade dressing (homemade).

Country-style pork ribs are slow cooking in a crock pot flavored with hickory smoked sauce. I'll put them on the grill for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Macaroni and 4-cheese sauce baked and dusted with grated Parmesan. Steamed asparagus.

Tonight splitpea soup made with a hamhock and diced sweet onions. Town House Mediterranean Herb pita crackers with Gouda cheese. Beverages: Pineapple/peach kombucha over ice. Ice water.
