A friend brought me some pizza AND carrot cake! With cream cheese frosting. I have been wanting carrot cake for so long!
I am making a salad with honey mustard dressing to go with it.
Soda to drink, unless I can get some kombucha bottled up.
Mug of hot tea to go with the carrot cake.

(1,800 posts)I did a take on the avocado toast and tapenade variations. Yeah, crostini are really appetizers, but two of each kind, plus two slices of baguette with cheese, were quite filling. My son contributed a mixture of bok choy and collard greens, sauteed and sweet-sour-spicy flavored.

(11,101 posts)Braised cabbage with apples and habanero-chorizo sausage, because the place I did the shopping has great produce and dairy but a limited selection of everything else, and a frozen Trader Joe's Greek cheese pie.

(5,534 posts)TOO sloppy??? I didn't, until tonight. Geesh! I knew I was short on hamburger, but I didn't expect a soup (LOL). Supper was a fail, IOW. But I do have a cherry pie to slip into the oven right now. That should make everything okay!
