Breakfast Thursday 9 January 2025

What I want for breakfast is a streak, medium, with over easy eggs, potatoes and sourdough toast.
What I'm planning on is scrambled eggs with spinach, cherry tomatoes. onions and sourdough toast. Hot tea.

Ah well

Half a Gala apple, blackberries, and Greek yogurt, caramel salt, topped with toasted whole almonds.
