Breakfast Wednesday 8 January 2025

I made a noodle, tomato cream sauce and chicken bake last night, so I'll have more of that latee this morning with more mozzarella on top. Hot tea

Banana nut muffin toasted in the air fryer. It makes the house smell wonderful all day long!

Cosmic crisp apple, sliced.

And then off into the cold for 2 appointments. It is 26 and feels like 11.

Cabbage, leeks, potatoes, apples, sausage. With buttered bread. Quite yummy, and I’ll be noshing on this for two days.
