Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe and Anchovy Sauce. Just purchased the broccoli rabe and it looks so fresh. The RG gave me some highly prized anchovies, so that's what I'll use to make the anchovy sauce.
Kombucha: cherry.
Dessert: Coffee and a few cream puffs.

(4,641 posts)Ground beef, chopped onions, chopped green & red peppers, pinto beans, tomato paste, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, salt & pepper and topped with shredded cheddar cheese and cilantro flakes. Tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa. Tequila sunrises.

(1,366 posts)Steam fried in evoo and veggie broth: sliced carrots, yellow bell pepper and garlic. When almost done added cut asparagus and sliced cremini mushrooms. When done added air fried crispy tofu chunks. Added Miyokos butter, Penzys Sunny Paris seasoning and chopped fresh parsley. Served over cooked whole wheat rotini. Vegan Parmesan on top. Iced green tea with lemon. Cheers! 🥂
